Conveying Your Products
Conveyors are typically used to transfer baked goods, including breads, cakes and cookies, from one area of a factory to another.
Spiral Conveyor – this conveyor facilitates both the elevation and lowering of products – so is ideal conveyor for facilities that take place on more than one level. The product has a high throughput capacity but small footprint, this is owed to an extremely efficient and ergonomic design.
Elevators – elevators are highly compatible units that can safely and efficiently navigate almost any design of facility; this includes inclines, declines and S-bends, in addition to tight turns, large radii and convergences.
Transfer conveyors – these connective conveyors facilitate the transference of products from one conveyor to another. They can be tailored to your needs to ensure that thy are compatible with your existing conveyors and systems.
Our wide variety of belts include the:
Modular belt – long lasting and low maintenance.
PU belt – extremely versatile, able to carry baked products but large and small.
Slat belt – a flexible belt that is ideal for complex loops. Generally used with lighter duty products.
Activated roller belt – technologically advanced belt that offers optimised conveyance with enhanced functionality and reliability – while reducing total system costs.
In addition to conveyors and belts, we offer a range of other bakery machinery. This includes weighing stations and grading equipment.
