Project: Bespoke Food Dicer Rack

Objective: The client needed a tailored storage solution for their food dicer components, including dicer heads, guides, belts, and a belt scraper. These parts required an organised and efficient storage system to ensure ease of access and maintenance, ultimately improving their operations’ overall productivity and safety.

Challenge: The client’s storage solution needed to be improved, leading to disorganised parts and increased downtime during production.

They required a bespoke rack that would fit their specific equipment, streamline their workflow, and enhance the longevity of their dicer components.

Solution: Leveraging our expertise in bespoke manufacturing, we collaborated closely with the client to design and fabricate a custom dicer rack that met their precise needs. Key features of the rack included:

Tailored Compartments: Each rack section was designed to securely hold specific dicer components, ensuring that dicer heads, guides, belts, and the belt scraper were neatly organised and easily accessible.

Robust Construction: The rack was constructed from high-quality, food-grade materials, ensuring durability and compliance with hygiene standards.

Space Efficiency: The design optimised space utilisation within the client’s facility, allowing for better organisation without compromising on floor space.

Ease of Use: The rack was designed for quick and easy access to all parts, reducing downtime during production and maintenance activities.

Outcome: The bespoke food dicer rack significantly improved the client’s operational efficiency. By providing a dedicated storage solution, we helped the client reduce part misplacement, minimise downtime, and extend the lifespan of their equipment.

This project is a testament to our capability to deliver custom solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients in the food processing industry.
