In House Core Services

At Wrightfield, we carry out all core services pertaining to manufacturing conveyor systems in house. We also provide a conveyor system manufacturing service, this takes place at our 26,000 square foot facility, in which is contained an array of high specification equipment. This equipment facilitates us to carry out any number of functions, including laser profiling, punching, shearing and bending. With the machinery available to us in this large facility, we are able to manufacture a complete range of food processing equipment.

In addition to design and manufacture, we also provide an installation service, carried out by our team of experienced engineers. We have installed productions lines in factories throughout the UK and across multiple sectors, including poultry, seafood, meat and bakery. Once the installation process is completed, we provide our clients with an after sales service that encompasses emergency breakdown repair, planned maintenance, supply of spare parts and components, and shift cover.
